Users can Create and View Letters in the Ready Recruit product!
Follow the steps below to Create and View Letters within a Placement Record!

Creating a Letter
Navigate to the Placement Record
In the taskbar click
Select Letter from the drop-down
The New Letter modal will appear with the following fields
- Label - add a name for your letter
- Template - select from existing templates created in the admin dashboard
- Page Size - select the letter size
- Orientation - select portrait or landscape
- Margin Top - select the margin in millimetres
- Margin Right - select the margin in millimetres
- Margin Bottom - select the margin in millimetres
- Margin Left - select the margin in millimetres
- Print Letter Head - select from an existing letterhead created in the admin dashboard
- Content - Use the formatting panel (as described below) when creating the content of the letter
Formatting panel (described from left to right)
- Source - Displays the HTML source code which formats the letter
- New Page - adds a new page
- Preview - preview the letter in a separate window
- Content Templates - select the template to open in the editor
- Cut - Remove content
- Copy - Copy content
- Paste - Paste content
- Paste as plain text
- Paste from word
- Undo - Undo the last action
- Redo - Redo the last action
- Bold - Bolds the font
- Italic - Italics the front
Once the relevant information is entered, click
The Letter is now created!
Viewing Letters
In the information storage panel, click on Communication
Click on the Letters tab
Displayed is a list of all of the letters previously sent to the Placement, click on the Download icon to view the relevant Letter!
