Search Pages - Re-designed
As you are all aware, our new branding changes have been on the live environment for a month now with the new login page, new logo and a re-designed LHS menu. This week, we have made changes to the search pages and the admin dashboard.
We have aligned the table colours, buttons and URL's with our ReadyTech brand theme. There will be more UI changes happening in the future weeks to keep the product aligned with the new ReadyTech theme. To find out more about Ready Recruit, please visit readyrecruit.io.
Placements - New Payroll Exports
We have added the following exports to the placements search page to view the records based on the following payroll fields:
- Pay rate (per hour)
- Charge out Rate (per hour)
- Wage level
- Tools
- Travel
- Proposed Pay
- Proposed Pay (Rate x 1.5)
- Proposed Pay (Rate x 2)
Bulk Emails - Capture on Placements & Candidates
Bulk emails sent to the candidates and company contacts from the placements and events search page were being captured only against the placement records. Starting from today, any email or bulk emails sent from the placements and events search page will capture and save the email record against the candidate the company record of the placement.
Here are some of the different scenarios on how the email records are captured:
- Candidates search:
- Bulk emails sent to candidates are now displayed on candidate email tab.
- Companies Search:
- Bulk emails sent to company contacts are now displayed on company email tab.
- Applications/Placements Search:
- Bulk emails sent to candidates and company contacts will now be displayed on application/placement emails tab and also on the candidate and company emails tab.
- Events Search:
- Candidate Bulk emails sent to placement events will now displayed on candidate emails tab and also on the placement emails tab.
- Company Bulk emails sent to placement events will now be displayed on candidate emails tab and also on the placement emails tab.
Candidates & Placements - Payroll Ref #
In the previous release we have added a feature to display the database ids on the entity header. As that update has caused confusion for some customers to differentiate between the Payroll Ref number and the database id, we have added a prefix label (Payroll Ref #) to the payroll ref numbers against the candidate and placement entity.
Pop-up Windows - iPad Compatibility
In the previous release we have upgraded the LHS menu in terms of size, scrollability, colours and compatibility on various other devices. But against some devices, the LHS menu was overlapping onto the new pop-up windows. This week we have extended the device compatibility to iPads and iPad Pro's. Any pop-up windows opened on the application will now be displayed on the forefront.
Note: Please feel free to raise any Zendesk tickets if there are any issues on the application with mobiles and tablets compatibility.
Gateway - Potential Candidates
For Gateway customers who use employer portal, we are introducing a new feature. Starting from today, employers will be able to view potential candidates/jobseekers (not the applications) that are residing within a certain radius against each posted vacancy.
This potential candidates list will be displayed to the employer only when the vacancy status is either changed to Open or Approved on Ready Recruit system. The default distance will be 25kms from a posted vacancy, but this can be customised according to your requirement. Employers can view and filter on potential candidates with the following fields:
- Candidate Location
- Candidate Created Date
- Candidate Vehicle Licence Types
- Candidate Preferred Occupations

- Fixed a duplication column bug on the claims export fields.
- Fixed an issue on iPad/iPad Pro where the LHS menu is overlapping onto the pop-up windows.
- Fixed an issue on certain search pages where there is a mismatch between the displayed records and the total count.
