LHS Menu - Re-designed Sidebar
As you are all aware, our new branding changes have been on the production environment for a couple of weeks now with the new logo and a few changes on the login screen. This week, we have made changes to the LHS menu (Sidebar) on the dashboard.
We have enhanced the size and sharpened the colours and made the new sidebar compatible with mobiles and tablet devices. There will be more UI changes happening in the future weeks to keep the product aligned with the new ReadyTech theme. To find out more about Ready Recruit, please visit readyrecruit.io.
Claims - Retained Amount
Based on the feedback received from the customers using the claims feature on Ready Recruit, we have added a new field called Retained Amount to track and report on the amounts that will be retained by the GTO.
The rebate amount field will auto-calculate the difference between the total claim amount and the total rebate amounts. You can now have a clear differentiation of the amounts that has been sent to the host and the balance amount that has been kept by the GTO.
Candidates & Placements - New Table Column
We have added a new table column to the candidates and placements search page to view the records based on the last communicated date.
This date column will capture the most recent activity date against a candidate/placement page for a record added against the Communications tab (Example: Notes, Reminders, Emails, Letters & SMS) of the candidate/placement.

Candidates & Placements - New Filters
We have added the following filters to the candidates search page to view the records based on the candidate language and candidate training contract years.
- Language (Candidate Filter)
- Year 6 Start Date (Candidate / Placement filter & export)
- Year 6 Expected End Date(Candidate / Placement filter & export)
Candidate language details can be added under the "personal" details section under the "additional information" tab on a candidate page. The training contract details can be added under the "contract dates" section under the training tab on a placement page.

- Fixed employer phone validation issues for Gateway customers.
- Fixed an issue on certain search pages where there is a mismatch between the displayed records and the total count.
- Fixed an issue on the LHS menu (Sidebar) where the users were unable to scroll till the bottom on mobile devices.
