Custom Properties - Changes to the Permission
Custom properties are additional details that can be added against multiple entities on JR.Direct. These can be added through the custom properties page on the admin dashboard. Custom properties are of different data types (Example: String, Enumeration, Boolean, Date & Time).
We currently have an existing permission Can Manage Properties under the roles and permissions page to restrict the users from accessing the Custom Properties page on the admin dashboard. To make this permission more robust and secure we have extended this user role permission to the entity level where the custom properties (Additional Info tab) exists.
Starting from today users or user roles who do not have the permission (Can Manage Properties) will not able to access the custom properties page on the admin dashboard and also will not have the access to update the Additional Information tab on every entity.
Merging Companies - New Warning Message
Last year, we have added a new validation process that restricted the users from deleting the company records that are associated to the Gateway employer account. Although, users can still delete the duplicate company records on JR.Direct that are not linked to the Gateway user account.
But this restriction has caused issues for Gateway customers where all the company records are created through Gateway. Hence, we have removed the existing restriction and added a new warning message that will just notify the users while deleting the company records that are associated to the Gateway employer account.
Rotations Tab - Column Sorting (Host Start Date)
On a placement record under the rotations tab, we have added a default sort where the rotations will now be sorted based on the Host Start Date (latest on top). Users can also further sort the rotations based on the Host Start Date and the Host Actual End Date.
Claims Search - New Filter
A new filter has been added to the claims search page. You can now search and filter the claim records based on the following field:
