Placement SMS - Show SMS Reply
When an outbound SMS is sent to the candidate mobile from a placement record. The reply received (inbound SMS) was being displayed only on the candidate page until now. We have now added the ability to view the inbound SMS's on the placement page along with the candidate page.
Note: SMS's sent/received from a placement page will be displayed on both the candidate and placement record. But the SMS's sent/received from the candidate page will not be displayed on all the associated placements of the candidate.
Bulk Emails - Exclude Inactive/Blacklisted records
When sending bulk emails from the candidates and companies search page, by default the bulk emails will not be sent to the records that are Inactive and blacklisted. You will now be prompted if you wish to include Inactive and blacklisted candidates and companies while sending bulk emails. This can be used to market to your active pool of candidates and companies knowing that you will not be reaching out to the records who are no longer Active unless selected.
Rotation Comments - Create a note on candidate
When a user is performing a placement rotation, you will have an option to add comments against the rotation. These comments will now be stored against the candidate record under the notes entity. You can view the rotation comments under the candidate notes tab with a note category Rotation.
Export Templates - View export fields
When a user selects the saved export templates while performing an export from any entity, currently only the name of the export template is displayed to the user but not the fields under it. Starting from today, when a user selects a saved export template all the export fields associated to the selected template will be displayed to the user before performing the actual export.
JR.Direct Applications - Resumes Missing
For Gateway customers, we have received feedback where the applications are being created manually from JR.Direct for some candidates and the employers on Gateway portal were unable to view the candidate resumes. Hence, we have now added the ability to select the candidate resume(s) while creating applications manually on JR.Direct. The selected resume will be displayed to the employer on the gateway employer portal under the applications received page.
Note: Only the candidate attachments with the tag "Resume" will be displayed to the users while creating applications on JR.Direct.
Bulk SMS - Application Merge Fields
Recently, we have added a new bulk action to send bulk sms's to the applicants from the application search page and also from the applications tab on a vacancy page. This week, we are introducing the application merge fields that will pick up individual applicant(s) data and send it to the recipients (applicants) via bulk sms feature on JR.Direct.
