Notes Search - New Filter
We have added a new filter on the notes search page that will pick up the notes that belong to companies, vacancies, applications & placements based on the following field:
- Company Head Office State
Company Entity - New Merge Field
We have added a new merge field to the company entity. This new merge field can be accessed through email templates, letter templates, sms templates and quest forms on the admin dashboard:
- Company Primary Contact First Name
Placement - New Activity Logs
The following new activity logs have been added to the placement entity where the users will now be able to capture and view the changes made to the host and training contract details.
Here are the list of new activity logs added to the placement page:
- Host Start Date
- Host Expected End Date
- Host Actual End Date
- TC Start Date
- TC Expected End Date
- TC Actual End Date
Note: Please note that these dates will be captured and displayed in the activity logs only when there is a change to the existing host and training contract dates.
Letter Templates - Ability to assign entities
Currently all the letter templates created on the admin dashboard are being displayed across all the entities while generating letters on Ready Recruit. This is causing a little confusion to the customers while creating and using the letter templates.
Hence, starting from tonight, we are adding a new feature against the letter templates where the admin users will have the ability to choose the following entities to which a letter template belongs to.
- Candidates
- Companies
- Applications/Placements
Once a certain entity(s) are assigned to a letter template, the letter templates will be displayed only against those selected entities where the user would like to generate the letter from.
Note: Currently, the existing letter templates in the system will have all the entities selected by default. You can customise them as per your requirement from the admin dashboard moving forward. We will also be extending this feature to the email and sms templates in the future weeks.
Security Settings - Security Responsibilities Banner
Since the last few months, we have been working on improving the security modules on Ready Recruit and Gateway products. This week we have added a new security module to Ready Recruit where you can display your company's security responsibilities to the users.
The security responsibilities will be displayed to the users every time they login to Ready Recruit (only once per login) where they have to click on the "acknowledge and accept" button before moving onto accessing the application. Please note, without accepting the security responsibilities banner on the dashboard, the users will not be able to access the application completely.
Note: This banner can be configured via the "Security Settings" area on the admin dashboard.
Security Settings - User Activity Logs
This week we have added another security module that will capture the following user activities on Ready Recruit for auditing purposes:
- Successful login events
- Successful logout events
- Failed login events
- Account locked out events
- All Global Search Events
- Security Responsibilities (Acceptance & Acknowledgement) events
- Password Reset events
- Single Sign On events
- Resend Confirmation Instruction events
This is a user specific feature and the users can view their own activity logs through the User Profile page on the LHS menu (Sidebar). Only the admin users who have access to the users page, will also have the ability to view the other user activity logs from the users page (by clicking on the edit button against each user profile).
Note: This feature is enabled for all customers by default starting from tonight. We will be giving out more details (advantages) about this feature and will be adding more user actions to this feature in the coming weeks.

List of all Improvements & Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the issue on the reminders entity where the "assigned user" field is displaying incorrect user instead of the current user.
- Fixed an issue on the events entity where the associated fields are disappearing when the event kind is selected as "Sick Leave".
- Fixed an issue on the site visits search page, where the date range filters (due date) are displaying incorrect results.
- Fixed an issue on the upload resume function for the Gateway customers that allow jobseekers to upload multiple resumes against their profile.
