Process: Actioning and Managing Alerts within a Placement Record

Introduction

Users can Action and Dismiss Alerts in the Ready Recruit product!

Follow the steps below to Action or Dismiss outstanding alerts within a Placement Record!

Viewing Alerts

Alerts are set up against an entity from the Admin Dashboard

 

Navigate to the Placement Record

 

The Placement Record will display the Alert in the top right-hand corner as below

Click to view the alert message

You are now Viewing the Alerts against this Placement Record!

Actioning Alerts

Actioning the alert is dependent on the Entity selected when the Alert was created (e.g Missing Resume is the 'Attachment' Alert Entity)

 

For this example, we will action the Placement Tag 1 Alert against the Placement in the last steps

 

Click the Edit button next to tags in Placement Details

The Edit Placement Tags modal will appear

Select Placement Tag 1 from the drop-down box

This will add Placement Tag 1, click Save

Placement Tag 1 is now added to the Placement Record!

If we Navigate back to the Alerts tab, we will see the Placement Tag 1 Missing Alert is no longer on the Alerts list!

Dismissing Alerts

If you wish to not have the Alert showing against the Placement Record you may dismiss it.

 

To Dismiss an Alert, navigate to the Placement Record

 

The Placement Record will display the Alert in the top right-hand corner as below

Click to view the alert message

Click the Dismiss button next to the Alert you wish to dismiss

This will create a prompt, click OK to dismiss the Alert

The Alert is now dismissed!

 

NOTE: Placements will inherit any alerts that are created against a Vacancy
