Process: Accessing the All Placements Index Screen

Introduction

Users are able to view all Placement Records in the Ready Recruit product!

 

Follow the steps below to view the All Placement Index screen within Ready Recruit!


Accessing the All Placements Index Screen

From the Left-hand Navigation Bar, select All Placements

This will display a list of all placement records within your site!

 

Use the taskbar at the top of the page to -

 

Filter/ Search

 

To search for a placement record click on 

 

The options displayed in the drop-down menu allow a user to search for a placement record by using these filters

 

Once the filter has been selected click

 

Once you have narrowed down your results using the filter you will be provided with a list of all the placements with information matching the filters!

To remove filters use the "x"

 

To clear ALL filters select

 

 

 

Export to CSV

 

Once your search has been narrowed down, you can export your results to CSV by clicking on

The user will have the option to export directly from the search results or select an export template from the drop-down

 

Once selected click

The user will be re-directed to the export screen where they can view previous exports and download the CSV file by clicking on

 

Bulk Actions

 

Once your search has been narrowed down, you can apply Bulk actions to the selected group by clicking on

Select one of these options from the drop-down -

 

Send SMS - Type in message content to send to all selected Placements

Then click

Send Email - Complete details below to send email to all selected Placements

  • CC - type an email address to send a CC
  • BCC - type an email address to send a BCC
  • From - this will default to the user's email address
  • Template - Select from email templates created in the admin dashboard
  • Subject - type the email subject
  • Body - Use the formatting panel (as described below) when creating the body of the email
  • Add Attachment - Select a file to attach to the email

Then click

Change Status - Select the Status you wish to update the selected Placements to 

Then click

Change Officer - Select the Officer you wish to update the selected Placements to

Then click

Create Notes - Enter the relevant information you want to add to the note 

Then click
