Introduction

Users can Post Vacancies to Job Boards using the Ready Recruit product!

 

Follow the steps below to Post a Job to a Job Board within a Vacancy Record!

Posting a Vacancy to a Job Board

Navigate to the Vacancy Record

In this example, we will post a job to the Seek Job Board

 

In Vacancy details, click Post Job Ad

The Post Job Advertisement modal will appear, tick the SEEK box to view the following fields

  • Job Board - Seek or Internal
  • Advertisement type - Select from Stand out or Classic
  • Logo - The logo you would like attached ( only available if standout is selected)
  • Classification - Job Classification
  • Sub Classification - Sub Classification for the Job
  • Location - Jobs Location
  • Area - Job Area
  • Description - Description of the Job
  • Details - The Jobs details
  • Video URL - Video you wish to be attached to the Job
  • Position - The Video position
  • Job Title - The Jobs title
  • Salary Type - Select if this is a Salary position or Hourly Rate
  • Min rate - Min rate of pay
  • Max rate - Max rate of pay
  • Show Salary Details - Shows the Details of the Salary 
  • Work type - Type of Work eg Full Time, Part Time etc.
  • Opening date - Day the Job opens
  • Closing date - Day the Job closes

Once all relevant information has been added, click

The Job will now be posted to Seek!

Viewing Previous Posts 

In the information, storage panel click on Job Advertisements History to view previous posts to job boards

This will display any previous posts to job boards!
