Process: How to access the Vacancy Record Information Storage Panel

Introduction

All information added to a Vacancy record is stored and can be viewed at any time in the Information Storage Panel at the bottom of the Vacancy profile page.

  • A newsfeed outlining the actions performed against the record as well as the User, Date & Time creation details

Additional Info

  • Additional info – View & edit custom fields set up via admin dashboard

Applications

  • Applications – View, add, edit & delete vacancy applications

Attachments

  • Documents – View, edit & delete documents
  • Forms – Add, view & complete custom forms set up via quest micro-service

Potential Candidates

  • View Potential Candidates for the Vacancy

Communication

  • Notes – View, edit & delete notes added via the taskbar
  • Emails – View sent emails added via the taskbar
  • Reminders – View, edit & delete scheduled reminders displayed on the user's dashboard added via the taskbar 

Events

  • Events- View, add, edit & delete Events

Interviews

  • Add, view and edit Interviews 

Job Advertisements

  • View Ads posted to Seek

Placements

  • View & edit placements linked to the vacancy record

Attributes

  • Attributes- View, add, edit & delete attributes
