Introduction
Users can edit and view Statuses and Sub Statuses assigned to Vacancy Records!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you view and edit Statuses on the Ready Recruit Product!
Viewing and Editing Statuses
Navigate to the Vacancy Record
The Status and Sub Status are shown just below the Vacancies name with the following info
Status - Active, applied, cancelled, completed, declined, inactive, not suitable, placed referred ect.
Sub Status - The sub status for this vacancy
Officer - The officer assigned to this Candidate
Internal Source - The internal source for this vacancy
Sales Consultant - The sales consultant for this vacancy
To edit a Status or Sub Status, click the Edit icon next to the Status
The Edit Status modal will appear with the following fields
Status- The status you wish to apply to the Vacancy
Sub status- The Sub status you wish to apply to the Vacancy (created in the admin dashboard)
Once the relevant information has been changed, click
The Status and Sub status will now be updated!
To edit the Officer assigned to this Vacancy, click the Edit icon next to the Officer
The Edit Officer modal will appear, select the officer from the drop-down box and click Save
The Officer will be changed to the selection you just made!
To edit the Internal Source assigned to this Vacancy, click the Edit icon next to the Internal Source
The Edit Internal Source modal will appear, select the Internal Source from the drop-down box and click Save
The Internal Source will be changed to the selection you just made!
To edit the Sales Consultant assigned to this Vacancy, click the Edit icon next to the Sales Consultant
The Edit Sales Consultant modal will appear, select the Sales Consultant from the drop-down box and click Save
The Sales Consultant will be changed to the selection you just made!
