Process: Creating, Viewing and Managing Reminders within a Vacancy Record

Introduction

Users can View Reminders in the Ready Recruit product!

 

Follow the steps below to View Reminders within a Candidate Record!

Creating a New Reminder

Navigate to the Vacancy Record

 

In the taskbar click

 

Select Reminder from the drop-down

The New Reminder Modal will Show with the following fields

Create from Schedule

Create from a template

OR create a custom reminder

  • Title - Create a name for your reminder schedule
  • Comments - type in the reminder details
  • Assigned User - select the user to assign the reminder dashboard notification to
  • Reminder Type - select the Reminder type
  • Due Date - click on the calendar to select the date and time of the reminder
  • Scheduled Date/Time- click on the calendar to select a date and time for the reminder to be scheduled to
  • Send Automated SMS- Tick this box to send out an SMS if SMS schedules are set up
  • Outcome- select the outcome of the Reminder
  • Forms - select a quest form to attach to the reminder
  • Documents- attach any documents to the reminder
  • Complete Reminder- Tick this to Complete the Reminder once its created

Once all Relevant information is entered, click

The Reminder is now created!


Viewing Reminders

In the information storage panel, click on Communication

Click on the Reminders tab 

 

 

Displayed is a list of all of the reminders added to the record!

 

NOTE: Depending on the 'due date' of the reminder the status will be -

  • Due
  • Overdue
  • Future

Managing Reminders

To edit Reminders, click on the Actions button

Select Edit from the drop-down box

The Edit Reminder modal will appear, make any relevant changes and click

The Reminder will now be updated with the relevant changes made!

 

To delete a Reminder, click on the Actions button

Select Edit from the drop-down box

This will create a prompt, click OK to delete the Reminder

The Reminder is now deleted!
