Process: Adding and Managing Events within a Vacancy Record

Introduction

Users can Add and Manage Events in the Ready Recruit product!

 

Follow the steps below to Add and Manage Events within a Vacancy Record!

Adding an Event

Navigate to the vacancy Record

 

 In the taskbar click

 

 

Select Event from the drop-down

The New Event modal will appear with the following fields

  • Title - Type a name for the event
  • Kind - select the type of event from the drop-down menu
  • Assigned User - search populates with a list of users for your site (the user selected here will have the event displayed on their dashboard)
  • Comments - type in any comments relating to the event
  • Starts at - select time and date from the calendar
  • Finishes at - select time and date from the calendar
  • Send Automated SMS's to the event from SMS Schedules - click the box to send SMS from created SMS Schedules
  • Outcome - event outcome
  • Forms - attach forms to the event

Once all relevant information is entered, click

The Event is now created!

The Event will be displayed on the dashboard of the user assigned in the section for 'Due & Upcoming Events'

These are also displayed in the 'All Events Index Screen' from the navigation panel

All Events can be synced to your calendar from the user profile section

Editing and Deleting Events

To edit an Event, click the Action button next to the relevant Event

Select Edit from the drop-down

The Edit Event modal will appear, update the relevant information and click

The Event is now updated with the relevant changes made!

 

 

To delete an Event, click the Action button next to the relevant Event

Select Delete from the drop-down

This will create a prompt, click OK to delete the Event

The Event is now deleted!
