Placement Work Hours
To reduce double handling data from Vacancies to Placements, a Placement will now reflect the Work Hours that are entered into the Vacancy with the data that exists at the time of Confirmation (Placement confirmed, Status changed to Current).
Recurring Reminders
To improve the flexibility of the reminder schedules, JobReady.Direct will now allow for a reminder schedule to have a recurrence. This can be setup from the Reminder Templates section within the Admin Dashboard. When creating a schedule, select the recurring checkbox, and the recurrence options will appear.
Using the recurring reminder option will allow users to plan all scheduled reminders for a placement using one template. At this stage, the recurring reminders is developed for the Placements only, however there are plans to expand this.
More development surrounding reminders is yet to come, so keep eye on the release notes over the coming weeks.
Apprentice/Trainee Search
An Apprentice/Trainee index page has been included under the "Other" tab of the LHS menu. The Apprentice/Trainee index page will show a list of the most recent placement for each Apprenticeship/Traineeship being done within the system.
For example, if an Apprentice has 3 rotations this search will only show the most recent record whether it is Current, Suspended, Cancelled, or Completed.
Placement Qualification Code
To improve the visibility of the qualification against a placement, the system will now show the the NTIS qualification code next to the qualification description on the qualification tab.
Companies - Internal Source
JobReady.Direct has now included a new field on the Company record to allow for organisations to capture the Internal Source of the Company. When a Company is created, this will default to be blank, but can be added to assign the user who sourced the Company.
