Company Contacts
Contacts on a Company will now have the ability to be marked as Archived. When a contact is marked as Archived it will be removed from the Contact list and will no longer be visible on the contacts table or any contact drop down references.
Editing Forms
When generating a new form from JobReady.Direct users will now have the ability to edit the information that is entered into the form before completing the form. An example of how this can benefit users is that this will mean that users can enter information on a site visit form prior to going to the visit so that the focus can be on the Apprentice and the Employer questions.
Text boxes on the quest form will also expand to fit the text being entered into the field. This allows user visibility on what they have already entered instead of showing 1 or 2 lines.
Vacancy Internal Source
JobReady.Direct has now included a new field on the Vacancy record to allow for organisations to capture the Internal Source of the Vacancy. When a Vacancy is created, this will default to be the Officer of the Company record, but can be edited if this is not the user who sourced the Vacancy.
Application Status - On Trial
Applicants can be selected to undertake a trial before being selected as the accepted Candidate for a Vacancy. As the candidate is not technically placed when they are on trial, this status has now been added to the list of Application statuses. When an Application has this status, it will only show in the Application tables, not the Placement tables.
Display Application Sub-Status
When viewing an Application on a Vacancy or a Candidate record, users will now be able to see the status and the sub-status of the Application where it is entered. This is to help increase the visibility of the applications within these tables.
Application Profile
From a Vacancy, users can access the Application table that will list all Applications with any of the Application Statuses. This table will now include a View Profile button that will have a popup modal show with the candidate details. This will include the key details from the candidate page, Attachments, Education, Additional information, Licenses, and Preferred Trades.
Placement Filters
To assist with quick reporting from the Placement index page, JobReady.Direct will now include the below filters:
* Qualification Start Date
* Qualification Expected End Date
* Qualification Actual End Date
These filters will assist in differing between Rotated Placements and Actual Commencements/Completions.
