Introduction

Users can Blacklist a Company in the Ready Recruit product!

Follow the steps below to Blacklist a Company from the Company Record!

Adding a Company to the Blacklist

Navigate to the Company Record

In the taskbar, click

Select Black List from the drop-down

The Add Black List modal will appear, enter a comment regarding why the company is Blacklisted and click Create

The Company will now display with a line through the name to denote they are Blacklisted!

The taskbar will also now display this icon

When a user clicks this icon they can choose to either -

• Edit - Overwrite the comment and click Save
• Remove - Creates a prompt, click OK to remove the Company from the Black List and restore it to its original state
