Process: Adding, Viewing and Managing Contacts

Introduction

Users can Add, View and Manage Contacts in the Ready Recruit product!

 

Follow the steps below to Add, View and Manage Contacts within a Company Record!

Adding a Contact

 

Navigate to the Company Record

In the taskbar, click

Select Contact from the drop-down

The New Contact modal will appear with the following fields

  • First Name - type in contacts first name
  • Surname - type in contacts surname
  • Email - type in the contacts email address
  • Position - type in contacts position held within the company
  • Phones
    • Mobile Phone - type in the contacts mobile number
    • Home Phone - type in the contacts home number
    • Work Phone - type in the contacts work number
    • Fax - type in the contacts fax number
  • Location - select the location of this contact from the drop-down (created via this guide)
  • Contact Type - the type of contact this is (created via this guide)

Once the relevant information has been added click

The Contact is now added!

Viewing and Managing Contacts

To view a Contact, click Contacts in the Infomation Storage Panel

Select the Contacts Tab

All the Current Contacts will be displayed!

To edit a Contact, click the Actions button next to the relevant Contact

Select Edit from the drop-down

The Edit Contact modal will appear, enter the relevant changes and click

The Contact will save with the relevant changes made!

To Disable a Contact, click the Actions button next to the relevant Contact

Select Disable from the drop-down

This will create a prompt, click OK to disable the Contact

The Contact is now Disabled!

To enable a Contact, click on the Disabled tab

Click the Actions button next to the relevant Contact

Select Enable from the drop-down

This will create a prompt, click OK to enable the Contact

The Contact is now Enabled!

To Add a Licence to the contact, click the Actions button next to the relevant Contact

Select Add Licence from the drop-down

The Contact Licence modal will appear, enter the relevant information and click Save

(Licence Types are created via the Admin Dashboard)

The Licence is now added to the Contact!

To view a Licence, click the Actions button next to the relevant Contact

Select View Licences from the drop-down

All the Contact Licences will be shown!
