Introduction
Users can access the Company Record of every Company on the Ready Recruit Product!
Below are some steps on how to access a Company Record and Information on the data it stores!
Accessing a Company Record
From the Left-Hand side navigation bar select All Companies
Search for the Company using any of the Filters available, for this example we will select the Trading Name Filter
Click the Add Filters button
Select Trading Name from the drop-down box
Type in the Trading Name you wish to search and click Apply
This will filter the results to only include information relevant to the filter/filters you have selected.
Once you have found the Company Record you wish to view, click the View icon next to the relevant Company Record
This will redirect you to the Company Record page!
Each section of the Company Record Page is outlined below -
- Company ID- The ID associated with the Company
- Company Name - Companies Name
- Create New- Click to add new items to the Vacancy Record
- Status and Prospect Status - Companies Status and Prospect Status
- Kind - The Companies Kind
- Company Officer- The Officer assigned to this Company
- Internal Source- The Internal Source assigned of this Vacancy
- Sales Consultant- The Sales Consultant assigned to this Vacancy
- Alerts and Reminders- Click to access and Alerts or Reminders created against this Company Record and Company Site- The Site this Company is assigned to
- Companies Details- Company Details such as Trading Name, Legal Name and ABN
- Head Office - The Address of the Companies Head Office
- Postal Address - The Companies Postal Address
- Primary Contact - The Companies Primary Contact Details
- Information Storage Panel- You can view information such as Placements and Vacancies in this panel
