Introduction
Users can edit and view Statuses assigned to Candidate Records!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you view and edit Statuses on the Ready Recruit Product!
Viewing and Editing Statuses
Navigate to the Candidate Record
The Status and Sub Status are shown just below the Candidates name with the following info
Status - Active, applied, cancelled, completed, declined, inactive, not suitable, placed referred ect.
Sub Status - If a sub status has been created in the admin dashboard against the 'entity status', the user will be able to apply this here
Officer - The officer assigned to this Candidate
To edit a Status or Sub Status, click the Edit icon next to the Status
The Edit Status modal will appear with the following fields
Status- The status you wish to apply to the Candidate
Sub status- The Sub status you wish to apply to the Candidate (created in the admin dashboard)
Once the relevant information has been changed, click
The Status and Sub status will now be updated!
