All Applications Index Screen
Now that 'Applications' have been moved to their own All Index Page, these will no longer show on the Placements search. This will help users to identify which records have actually been placed, and which records are still in a 'pre-placement' stage.
'Recent Applications' Dashboard Widget
A dashboard widget has been created for 'Recent Applications' to give users visibility over all of the recent Candidate job applications. Clicking on the dashboard widget heading will direct the user to the All Applications Index screen with the 'Recently Viewed' filter applied.
All Claims Index Screen
To provide users with visibility over all claims within their system, JobReady.Direct has now implemented an All Claims Index Screen. This can be found within the Other tab from the navigation panel on the left hand side of the page.
Allocate a 'Sub Status' to a Placement or Vacancy
Users now have the ability to add a 'sub status' to an already existing status against a Placement or Vacancy record. This will assist with knowing what stage of the status the record is at. Sub Statuses can be setup within the Administration Dashboard under Configuration > Sub Statuses. These are then added to the Vacancy or Placement records by clicking on the edit button within the toolbar of the record.
Properties Date field
When creating a custom property within JobReady.Direct, users will now have the ability to create a 'Date Field' property. This will allow users to enter a particular date from a calendar when entering this field on the entity, as well as filtering the field based on a 'From Date' and a 'To Date'.
Placement Properties
Administrators will now have the ability to add 'properties' against a Placement. This can be done through the Administrator Dashboard - Properties. These additional fields will show in the Placement screen within the Additional Info tab.
Company Properties Filters
Company properties can now be filtered from the All Companies Index Screen.
