New Dashboard Widget
JobReady.Direct has now included a new dashboard widget for reminders. This will show reminders that have a due date 7 days prior to the current date and 7 days after the current date. This is to assist users in seeing what is outstanding, and what is upcoming.
Companies - Vacancy Table
To increase the visibility for users, the Vacancy table on the Companies page will now show the below fields.
- Occupation (trade) now displayed
- Closing Date
- Address (work site) displayed
Vacancies - Placements Table
The Placement status has been included on the Placements table of a Vacancy to increase visibility of application/placement statuses.
Interview Types
Interview Types can now be specified from within the Administration Dashboard so that the Interview Types are customised to your specific needs. The below Interview Types will be defaulted.
- Phone
- Video
- Face to face
- Group
Companies Index Search
JobReady.Direct has now included an 'Industry' filter to the All Companies Index Search, allowing for users to filter on companies by specific Industries.
Reminders Index Search
JobReady.Direct has now included a 'Status' filter to the All Reminders Index Search, allowing for users to filter on reminders by specific statuses.
Candidates Applications Tab
The 'Education' tab on the the Candidate profile page has now been renamed to 'Applications'. This will contain the same details and tabs within this section.
Vacancy Job Description
To increase visibility of job details on a vacancy, the job description of a vacancy will now show in full underneath the vacancy details.
New Application Status - Referred
JobReady.Direct will now include a new status for Applications. Applications can now be set to a status of Applied or Referred, where this is the status the record will remain as an Application until accepted and confirmed.
Placements - Create Claims
Placement records will now have the ability to have a claim record created against them. This works the same way as the candidate, but is linked to the Current Traineeship/Apprenticeship.
