Introduction
Users can Add Addresses and Contact Information to Candidate Records within the Ready Recruit product!
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up Addresses and Contact Information within the Candidate Records on the Ready Recruit Product!

Adding an Address to a Candidate Record
Navigate to the Candidate Record
Click the Add button next to Home Address or Postal Address, in this guide we will add a Home Address.
The Add Home Address modal will appear with the following fields
- Address- The Address you wish to add
- Suburb- The Suburb this Address is in (Suburbs can be added via the Suburbs Configuration in Admin Settings)
Once the relevant information is added click
The Address is now added to the Candidate Record!
Editing an Address
Navigate to the Candidate Record
Click the Edit button next to the relevant Address.
The Edit Home Address modal will appear. Edit the relevant information and click
The Address is now updated with the relevant information changed!
Adding Contact Information to a Candidate Record
Navigate to the Candidate Record
Click the Add button next to the contact you wish to add
The Add Phone Number modal will appear with the following fields
- Phone Type- The type of phone number
- Phone Number- The Candidates Phone Number
- Communication Instructions- Any communication notes can be added here eg Hearing or Language issues
Once all the relevant information has been added, click
The Contact Information is now added to the Candidate Record!
Editing and Deleting Contact Information
Navigate to the Candidate Record
To edit the Contact Information, click the Edit button next to the relevant Contact Information
The Edit Phone Number modal will appear. Edit the relevant information and click
The Contact Information is now updated with the relevant information changed!
To Delete the Contact Information, click the Delete button next to the relevant Contact Information
This will create a prompt, click OK to delete the Contact Information
The Contact Information is now deleted!
