Placement Alerts
To increase visibility on outstanding alerts against a vacancy, when a placement record has been created, any alerts from the vacancy will be inherited into the placement record.
Vacancy Templates
To reduce the amount of data entry against vacancies where the job description is similar, Vacancy Templates can now be setup in the administration dashboard. When creating a new vacancy users will now have the ability to select a Vacancy Template which will pre-populate the job description.
Request Vacancy Approval
To notify the approvers of an office of an outstanding vacancy, users will now have the ability to request an approval. This will email the approvers assigned to the office against the vacancy to notify them of a vacancy awaiting approval.
All Vacancy Index Page
To improve the visibility on the all vacancies index search, each of the column headings are now able to be sorted. This can be done by clicking the column heading, which will sort numerical data by highest to lowest, and text in alphabetical order.
