Introduction
When you open Ready Recruit, the Dashboard will be displayed with all of the filters you have selected. The dashboard offers a central place where a user can manage their workload by selecting the widgets which apply to them.
This guide will show you some useful features to help you set up your Dashboard on the Ready Recruit Product!

Setting up the Dashboard
To customise your dashboard view, in the top right-hand corner click on
All available widgets will be displayed with a toggleable On-Off switch.
A green on means that the widget has been added to the dashboard.
A grey off means that the widget has not been added to the dashboard.
Once the selections have been made click on
Your dashboard will now reflect these selections when you log in! When a user clicks on the Widget they will be redirected to the page displaying the applicable filters as outlined below.
Available Filters
Filters are customisable and can be set to your specific needs:
Due/Upcoming Reminders- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of reminders with a due date X days in the past and X days in the future.
Great For: All Users
New Applications-This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of New Applications created for Vacancies where you are assigned to the user group specified for this widget in the settings (Officer, Internal Source, Sales Consultant).
Great For: Recruitment Officer, Admin Officer, Sales Consultant
Pending Vacancies- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Vacancies with the following vacancy statuses where you are assigned to the user group specified for this widget in the settings (Officer, Internal Source, Sales Consultant).
Open Vacancies- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Vacancies with the following vacancy statuses where you are assigned to the user group specified for this widget in the settings (Officer, Internal Source, Sales Consultant).
My Placements- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Placements assigned to you as a Placement Officer with the Status of Current and Suspended.
Due/Upcoming Site Visits- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of site visits assigned to you as a user with a due or scheduled date in the past and 30 days in the future.
Pending Purchase Orders- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Purchase Orders with a status of Pending where you are assigned as a Purchase Order Approver of the Office linked to the Placement.
Expiring Vacancies- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Vacancies that are due to close in the next 7 days from today
Interviews This Week- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Interviews assigned to you as a user with the Scheduled Date this week.
Progressions- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Progressions due with a Next Year Progression Date within 30 days and with a placement status of Current or Suspended.
My Companies- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of companies with a status of Active where you are assigned to the selected user group of that company.
My Prospects- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of companies with a status of Prospect where you are assigned to the selected user group of that company.
Upcoming Completions-This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of Apprentice/Trainee Completions due for Placement Records in the next 30 days with a status of Current where you are assigned to the Placement.
Due & Upcoming Events- This is a toolbar widget that will display the number of events with a due date of X days in the past and X days in the future.
