Filtering Events
When a user accesses the events tab on the Placement Profile Page, they have the ability to filter the events based on the event type.
All Reminders Index Page
Under the 'other' section of the left hand side navigation menu, JobReady.Direct has an index search page for all reminders. This will allow users to filter and export from a list of existing reminders in your site.
Placement Visits
The visits tab on the Placement Profile Page will now allow for the below columns to be sorted once the visits table is populated.
- Status
- Title
- Due Date
- Scheduled Date
Letter Templates
Admin users can create letter templates within JobReady.Direct. Letter templates are used when creating a new letter from a placement record and have the capability to pre-populate data from the record into merge fields on the template.
Widget Index Search Pages
All widgets from the dashboard link to a full list of records that constitute the value of the widget. Click the widget heading to view the index page.
Assigning Roles to Users
Admin Users in JobReady.Direct have the ability to assign a role to a user within their system. New roles can also be created define what functions different users will have the ability to access.
Deleting Placements
A user who is assigned the permission 'Can Manage Placements' will have the ability to delete a placement record from JobReady.Direct.
Email Template Merge Fields
Email templates have the ability to include merge fields to the template. When a template is selected when creating a new email, the merge fields will populate with the related data from the record that it was created against.
Purchase Orders
The below changes have been made to the purchase order functionality in JobReady.Direct.
Purchase Order Status
The default status upon creation of a Purchase Order will be 'Pending. Once approved the status will change to 'Approved'.
Pending Purchase Orders Widget
A new widget has been added to the dashboard labelled 'Pending Purchase Orders'. This will list the Purchase Orders pending the users approval.
Adding Approver to Purchase Orders
When adding or editing a Purchase Order, users have the ability to assign a Purchase Order Approver. The list of Approvers will depend on who is assigned as an approver against the 'Office' linked to the Placement Record.
Approving Purchase Orders
When a user raises a Purchase Order the assigned approver will receive an email with a hyperlink to the Purchase Order Once the purchase order has been approved, an email will be sent to the creator of the Purchase Order to advise that it has now been approved.
Note Templates
JobReady.Direct has the ability to create note templates. Users can then use the templates when adding a note to a record. When the template is selected the comments section will pre-populate with the details created within the template.
Emailing Events
When an Event is added to a Placement Record, users have the ability to generate an email directly from the Event to notify the Candidate of the details.
All Placements Index Screen
JobReady.Direct gives users the ability to customise their view within the All Placements Index Page. Column fields can be selected to be displayed in the table.
All Events Index Page
Under the 'other' section of the left hand side navigation menu, JobReady.Direct has an index search page for all Events. This will allow users to filter and export from a list of existing Events in your site. Two fields have been added to the columns and the filters.

Searching Companies
The below listed filter has been added to the All Companies Index Screen.

Create New Placement
When creating a New Placement in JobReady.Direct, the 'Company' field will now have a search option to reduce the number of records populating in the drop down. This will speed up the loading screen, and reduce the amount of scrolling.
Claims Statuses
The Claim Status on a claim record will now update depending on the 'Claim Due Date' and 'Claim Expiry Date'.
- Future Payable - Claim Due Date is in the future
- Overdue - Current date is after the claim due date
- Due - Current date is due date of the claim
- Expired - Current date is past the expiry date
Bulk Emails
Instead of sending emails individually for multiple records, Users will now have the ability to send emails in bulk from the All Candidates Index page, and the All Companies Index page.
Placement Letters
When users are creating a new letter from the placements screen, the option to specify the margins that populate the letter on the pdf. Once the user clicks save letter, a copy of the PDF will generate.
Interview Forms for Vacancies
When creating an interview record within JobReady.Direct, user's will have the ability to include a form specific to the interview. To create a new quest form, please contact JobReady support.
