When adding a Site Visit Schedule to a Placement, we now will show more information on what will be added as part of this process.
When users select the schedule you want to add, the modal will now show the individual site visit, recurring visits that make up the schedule and whether they will be added successfully or not to the placement. A total of site visits that will be added is shown at the bottom of the model.
If there are any site visits in the schedule that cannot be added, whether that be from missing data in the placement or other causes, the specific site visit and reason for the problem will be highlighted. Note: Schedule can still be added regardless if user wishes to do so.
