Company Merge can be accessed in the Admin Dashboard under the Merge Data section.
Currently, company merge allows you to select a Child Company and a Parent Company.
The Child record will be removed from Ready Recruit, and all associations from the Child record will be merged into the Parent record, maintaining all of the Key Details of the Master record.
The following data will be merged from the Child record to the Parent record:
- Locations
- Contacts
- Communications (Notes, Reminders, SMS, Email)
- Forms
- Attachments
- Events
- Vacancies
- Placements
- Additional Info
NOTE: Please review the changes carefully before clicking as we cannot reverse any changes made after this point.
