Introduction

Ready Recruit offers a Public Link option through our integration with Quest Forms!

A Public Link allows you to share your Quest Forms however you like!

Steps to Generate a Public Link:

• Create your Quest Form.
• Once your quest form has been created, navigate to the relevant entity. For this example, we will use a Candidate Record.
• From the Candidate Record, navigate to the Attachments modal.

• In this modal, you will be able to attach a Form.

• Click   to attach the form.
• Select your form from the drop-down box.

• Once your form is selected, click Save

• Now your form is attached, click

• This will give you the following options.

• Click on Generate Public Link

• Clicking on Generate Public Link will take us to this page.

• The Highlighted link is our Public Link!

Public Links can be copied and posted wherever you see fit!  A great use for Public Links is to paste them into emails!
