Training Tab Not Appearing

Q. Why is the Training Tab not appearing on my Candidates, or is only appearing on some Candidates?

A. The Training Tab on Ready Recruit is associated to the Apprentice/Traineeship of the Placement linked to the Candidate. This means that the Placement is required to have a Qualification linked to it before the Training Tab will display on either the Placement or the Candidate record.

For the tab to display on the Candidate, the Qualification Status must be Active as a Candidate can have more than one Placement and Qualification. This allows the Candidate view to only show the current Qualification's Training Tab.
